Bear Claw Events, Inc. commitment to giving back
We strongly believe that the steps we take at Bear Claw Events to give back to our community benefits future generations. Our continued support in fundraising, hands-on volunteer work and numerous give-back projects helps strengthen our principles of philanthropy. We are proud to support the numerous organizations that work to better communities.
Second Harvest Food Bank:
Second Harvest Food Bank distributes nutritious food, including more fresh produce than any other food bank in the country, through a network of 300 nonprofit partners at 905 sites. Second Harvest is pursuing innovative efforts to increase access to food resources as it seeks to feed an additional 100,000 hungry people each month.
Toys for Tots Foundation:
The goal of Toys For Tots is to provide less fortunate children with a new toy for Christmas. Our team came together to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December months. The foundation will distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.
Greater Charlotte SPCA
When it comes to rescuing animals, Team Bear Claw Events, Inc. follows this credo: Save A Life. Adopt + Donate + Foster.
We enjoy giving back to the Greater Charlotte SPCA because we have a chance to get up-close and personal with the furry creatures we support. Team members assisted with hand making blankets for the animals at the shelter, ensuring each animal has a sense of TLC. We also collected food, medicine, toys and kennels needed for these animals. The goal was to improve the lives of homeless animals as they wait for their fur-ever homes. It’s a mission close to our hearts and we’re happy to give back in this way.
Classroom Central equips students living in poverty by collecting and distributing free school supplies. Bear Claw Events believes that every child should have access to the basic learning tools that are essential to earn an education. We proudly came together as a team to provide our donation to Classroom Central. Our contribution aided in more than 845,000 school supplies to this summer’s 9 School Tools Campaign (a 37% increase over last year)!
